The Daily Forest Report May 1, 2014 Lines in the Sand
by nielskunze on May 1, 2014
Every story is so engagingly different,
Assembling worlds so we might tear them apart.
Our shattered cocoons stand empty…
And we are the butterflies by an old rusted truck.
Our harmless violence taken in hand
Because Mother picked up after you time and again.
And these clutches of frogs’ eggs
Like brains beneath thin layers of ice…
We dream of this darned elusive happiness
When for Sitka, poop will suffice!
Happy May Day… Blossom Festival… Beltane!
