David Wilcock on his site DivineCosmos.com<\/a> has given us an update as of April 13\/12. Liens have been levied against the twelve Federal Reserve banks, and a new Cease and Desist order has been issued as well.<\/p>\n

These legal maneuvers are key strategies within the larger framework of the “plan” to end financial tyranny that David has been laying out for us over the past six months. A brief recap accompanies the signed affidavits and the C & D order, for anyone wanting to refresh their memories in regards to the larger “plan.” This is the link to the original article from which the ensuing summary is derived:<\/p>\n

Liens and Cease & Desist<\/a><\/p>\n

The “plan” of which we are speaking here has been in development since at least the 1960s. Instrumental to its success is the backing of the will of the people. The “plan” could not move forward in earnest until there was a consolidated will among the general public that such mass arrests were necessary and proper. The public will appears to be entering that galvanizing moment now.<\/p>\n

As the process begins, the “plan” will become infinitely more clear. We the people will have to prepare ourselves for an unprecedented avalanche of truth which will ensue upon the heels of the arrests. Extensive documentation will be revealed to the public supporting the legality of these actions and detailing the crimes of the detainees.<\/p>\n

Last minute countermeasures have been attempted by cabal members in desperate maneuvers to avoid the impending arrests. A $600 trillion account within the Federal Reserve system suddenly appeared with assurances that from now on the evil-doers would commence doing good in the world. A $10 trillion bribe was offered in an attempt to essentially “buy off” Japan to prevent the new financial system from emerging in the near future. These attempts have been dismissed, and the arrests will proceed.<\/p>\n

Now that liens have been filed against the twelve Federal Reserve banks for the astonishing sum of 4,638,791,996 kilograms of pure gold<\/strong>, it is quite clear that they do not have the assets to meet the obligations of the liens. The ensuing arrests will primarily include– but not be limited to– the members of:<\/p>\n

The Committee of 300
\nSkull and Bones Society
\nThe Bilderberg Society
\nThe Trilateral Commission
\nCouncil on Foreign Relations<\/p>\n

(A note to my fellow Canadians: I believe that Prime Minister Harper is a member of The Committee of 300, and therefore should be targeted in this legal action.)<\/p>\n

Several individuals and institutions have still been trying to fraudulently wrest payments from the collateral accounts to which they have no legal right. In response, a Cease and Desist order has been issued.<\/p>\n

“WHEREBY; we, the undersigned, are ordering Alex Ling Lee Soon, Jack Singh, Mr. Chee, Kaspar Villiger, and the Union Bank of Switzerland to stand down — and to CEASE AND DESIST on this, the 11th day of April, 2012, or face litigation.
